2. Description of Service
Crossing the Street is a premium recruiting community designed exclusively for student-athletes seeking careers in finance. Our services include access to recruiting resources, group coaching sessions, mentor chat, and tiered 1-on-1 mentorship programs. The platform is scheduled to launch in August 2026.
By submitting an application, you are expressing interest in the program and agreeing to be contacted by our team. Submission of an application does not constitute enrollment or guarantee acceptance into the program. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion.

Our services are intended for current college student-athletes and recent graduates who are 18 years of age or older. By using our website, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
4. Selective Admissions
Crossing the Street operates a selective admissions process. Not everyone who applies will be accepted into the program. We review every application personally and invite qualified candidates to complete a 30 minute assessment call before making an admissions decision. Crossing the Street reserves the right to decline any applicant for any reason without obligation to provide explanation.

Crossing the Street does not sell, broker, or guarantee internships, job placements, referrals, or any employment outcomes. We are not a recruiting agency or placement firm. Our role is strictly limited to education, mentorship, coaching, and structured career preparation.
All hiring and employment decisions are made independently by employers. Any outcomes achieved by program participants are earned entirely on their own merit. Crossing the Street takes no responsibility for and makes no representations regarding any hiring decisions made by third-party employers.
Individual results will vary based on effort, background, qualifications, market conditions, and other factors entirely outside our control. Participation in our program does not guarantee any specific career outcome, interview, offer, or employment.
